Job Summary:      Looking for experienced and talented Admin/ Receptionist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)


Job Key Details

  • Welcome customers or visitors and provide them with the necessary assistance
  • Undertake administrative duties for example typing, filing, photocopying among others
  • Obtain and screen daily mail as well as deliveries and sign for all incoming packages
  • Renew the appointment calendars and schedule meetings or appointments
  • Make sure the office is cleaned on time
  • Monitor stock for office stationery as well as any other office equipment required for office use
  • Handle the switchboard and answer, sort and forward all incoming phone calls to appropriate persons
  • Make sure the front desk is always tidy and well organized
  • Control the flow of visitors to the office
  • Handle meetings, venue co-ordination and event organizing
  • Perform any other assigned task in the office


Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or any related field
  • Practical experience in the same position is highly required
  • Basic accounting knowledge is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should have good computer knowledge and able to type using the fastest speed
  • A female candidate on husband or father visa is required
  • Fluent in English, ability to speak Arabic will be a plus
  • Should have a positive attitude and good looking
