Job Summary:      Looking for Admin HR in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

 

Job Key Details:

  • Handle the recruitment and selection process of the company as directed by the management
  • Manage the training and development of the staff
  • Supervise payroll processing and ensure compliance with the statutory obligations
  • Estimate and plan on human resource needs
  • Supervise the records management process of the company
  • Guide the management on matters concerning human resources management, records as well as administration
  • Manage the HR basic filing system
  • Prepare periodic progress reports as required by the management
  • Coordinate change management programs in the company
  • Manage, maintain and keep staff records
  • Assess and create human resource, records as well as administration policies, procedures and processes and ensure their implementation
  • Assist in creating the human resources, records as well as administration work plan

 Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administrations
  • At least two or more years of experience in the same field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Ms Office suite
  • Must have an outgoing personality with good reporting skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Should be able to multi-task and get things done on time
