Job Summary:      Looking for an Admin Executive cum Receptionist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Ensure smooth running of the company
  • Make sure the monthly bills are paid in time
  • Settle administrative issues through coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data and identifying solutions
  • Undertake human resources tasks for example compiling the attendance data to assist in generating input for monthly payroll
  • Respond to and refer inquiries
  • Maintain a safe and clean reception area
  • Welcome clients and visitors to the office provide them with the necessary assistance
  • Manage the company’s petty cash, order and receive materials and ensure they are in accordance with the requested specifications

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
  • At least 1+ years of experience in the same role required
  • Good communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Must have good computer skills
  • Must be a highly motivated team player
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Must be smart with a professional appearance
