Job Summary: Looking for an Admin Assistant in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Manage the daily operations of the company
- Receive emails or websites communications and share them accordingly
- Respond to websites enquires as well as emails
- Assist in organizing appointments
- Handle data entry, database entry and client files
- Prepare emails, memos as well as letters as necessary
- Conduct any other relevant tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline
- The applicant must have practical experience in this field
- Ability to work independently and under supervision
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Should have an organized and professional demeanor
- Good Ms Office suite knowledge required
