Job Summary:      Looking for an Admin Assistant in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Manage the daily operations of the company
  • Receive emails or websites communications and share them accordingly
  • Respond to websites enquires as well as emails
  • Assist in organizing appointments
  • Handle data entry, database entry and client files
  • Prepare emails, memos as well as letters as necessary
  • Conduct any other relevant tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Possess a Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline
  • The applicant must have practical experience in this field
  • Ability to work independently and under supervision
  • Must have excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Should have an organized and professional demeanor
  • Good Ms Office suite knowledge required
