Job Summary:      Looking for experienced and talented Accounts Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

 

Job Key Details

  • Prepare, verify and process invoices
  • Carry out accurate posting and receipting as required
  • Keenly monitor all outstanding customer balances and send reminders for payment
  • Conduct routine reconciliations for petty cash, bank reconciliations and tax reconciliations
  • Publish customer payments in the ledger or accounting software
  • Examine data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Reply to finance enquiries and any other
  • Provide support in preparing annual reports

 

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related discipline
  • At least one or more years of accounting experience within the UAE
  • Should have good communication abilities
  • Should have knowledge of bookkeeping
  • Must have the ability to pay attention to details
  • Proficiency in Ms Office suite including the internet
