Job Summary:      Looking for Accountant cum Admin in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)


Job Key Details:

  • Input entries and transactions in the system
  • Carry out bank reconciliation
  • Manage petty cash
  • Set up internal controls through recommending policies and procedure to be used
  • Carry out general ledger reconciliations
  • Generate and submit statutory returns
  • Handle payroll preparations
  • Make sure monthly taxes are paid, documented and filed properly
  • Maintain financial security through following internal controls
  • Preserve accounting records and reconciliation controls
  • Assist in preparing VAT returns
  • Support payrolls and statutory deductions
  • Ensure proper filing of all financial documents
  • Make sure proper documentation is in place and security measures are practiced concerning handling cash
  • Provide administrative support in the office

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Masters or Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or its equivalent
  • At least two years of practical experience in the accounting field required
  • Possession of subcontractor experience will be a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Strong computer knowledge including the ability to use the accounting software
  • Only Indian candidates are required for this position
  • The suitable candidate must be male on visit or cancelled visa
  • Should be able to work well under pressure
  • Ability to pay attention to details
