Job Summary:      Looking for an Accountant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Document and maintain the company accounting transactions
  • Assist in managing petty cash flow
  • Prepare invoices and monitor accounts receivables as well as payables in a timely manner
  • Review and verify accounting documents
  • Carry out variance analysis and prepare account reconciliations
  • Manage the payroll
  • Assist in processing ledger as well as booking entries based on the established procedures to make sure transactions are registered
  • Conduct financial analysis as and when necessary
  • Make sure all transactions and reports are prepared according to internal procedures as well as guidelines
  • Prepare and present regular reports to the management
  • Undertake any additional tasks as may be assigned

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Should preferably have a Degree in Accounting, Economics or any related discipline
  • Candidates with professional accounting certifications will have an advantage
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the same role required
  • Experience working with the accounting software packages required
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Should be a detail oriented person with the ability to multitask
  • Must be able to meet set deadlines
