Job Summary:

Join the Atlantis team to deliver extraordinary culinary experiences in our high-volume, luxury dining environment. Our Commis and Chef De Partie positions work collaboratively to prepare high-quality dishes that inspire and delight guests, creating memorable moments that reflect the wonder of Atlantis, The Palm.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present dishes according to recipe specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
  • Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen operations, mise en place, and service preparation.
  • Ensure ingredients are fresh, well-stocked, and properly stored.
  • Contribute to menu planning and innovative dish creation.
  • Adhere to portion controls and minimize food wastage.
  • Support team members during high-volume service periods and collaborate across departments as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant or luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of international cuisine and luxury service standards is an advantage.

 

Level of Education:

  • Culinary diploma or equivalent training is preferred.

Work Hours:

  • Full-time, flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Experience in Months:

  • Minimum 12 months in a similar culinary role (Commis or Chef De Partie) in a high-end dining environment.
