Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated Front Office professionals to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. You will be responsible for delivering excellent, personalized customer service to ensure a memorable stay for all guests, while efficiently handling front desk operations from check-in to check-out.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all guests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Personally greet and welcome guests by name and escort them to their rooms.
  • Conduct hotel and room familiarization tours and assist with guest inquiries about activities and services.
  • Stay updated on hotel information, including services, events, and local attractions, to assist guests effectively.
  • Manage and accurately process guest accounts from check-in to check-out using computerized systems.
  • Maintain awareness of daily occupancy levels and rate structures.
  • Handle cashiering and ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.
  • Protect guest privacy and ensure all guest information is kept confidential.
  • Provide solutions for guest complaints or issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
  • Proactively recommend hotel promotions and up-sell services to enhance the guest experience and boost revenue.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service for guests.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the Front Office department, preferably within a hotel setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, with experience using Opera or similar hotel management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest complaints with professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality, with a passion for customer service.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team of colleagues.
