Job Summary:      Urgently looking for experienced and talented Receptionist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

               

Job Key Details:

 

  • Manage the front office including guiding and welcoming visitors or customers, answering calls, responding to enquiries, taking messages etc
  • Check visitors in and direct them to specific destinations
  • Confirm appointments and maintain event calendars
  • Enter customer data and send correspondence
  • Maintain updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Ensure office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Ensure that the office runs smoothly, specifically make timely purchases of stationery supplies.
  • Monitor the movement of documents in and out of the office
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.

 

Job Qualifications and Experience

 

  • The ideal candidate for Receptionist must have relevant qualifications for this role
  • At least one to two years of practical experience in the same role required
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Should be presentable and possess a positive attitude
  • Should have excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Should have good communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail, articulate and personable with a record of innovative problem-solving
  • Should be able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Good energy and an outgoing as well as social personality
  • Excellent computer knowledge especially Ms word required
