In July 2013, I have been employed with Teleperformance Philippines, Davao City as a Technical Support Representative for Xfinity of Comcast Cable Communications LLC (a leading telecommunications company based in the United States). In my tenure of experience with Teleperformace, I have acquired the American way of speaking and developed a strategic approach in dealing with residential customers. These skills definitely helped me assist customers in installing, activating and troubleshooting their cable boxes and internet modems.

In 2015, I became a salesperson for a Philippine mall which was SM City Davao. I represented a Philippine shoe brand Mario D’ Boro. My line of work there deals with customer assistance, providing customer recommendations and offering customers the latest or the suitable footwear.

In August 2016, I became part of Convergys Philippines Inc., Davao City as a Technical Support Representative II for Time Warner Business Class, owned by a US-based telecommunications company Charter Communications. The experience was very significant for me because the environment was extremely opposite with my previous account. The customers with this account were coming from the small and medium business sector of America. With this program that has 40 troubleshooting tools to be checked in every call, I’ve definitely learned to multi-task. My work as TSR II entailed activation and configuration of internet modem, wifi hotspots and cable TV specific to the nature of business. I also handled billing payments, troubleshooted service interruption and scheduled technician appointments for unresolved issues and requests made by clients.

Moreover, in January 2018, still with Convergys Philippines Inc., I was transferred to a different program under Cricket Wireless LLC (a US prepaid wireless service provider, wholly owned subsidiary of AT&T Inc.) as a Customer Service Associate I for residential customers. My Job focused on accepting monthly payments, granting payment extensions, modifying of cellular plans and troubleshooting mobile service issues.

On a personal level, I am someone who is flexible and able to adapt positively to any change and challenges that may arise during the course of my work. I'm quick to pick up new skills, eager to learn from others and available to work immediately.
