Roles & Responsibilities:
• Role involves Initial Survey, Marking, Concrete works, Supervision of works at Site, Structural Building works, and Architectural Finishing works.
• Performing the feasible studies on project such as drawings, site study.
• Coordinating in generating CAD drawings and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with the planning/estimation team about BOQ and estimating quantities fro drawings.
• Analysing the work and providing the work to sub contractors/labours.
• Preparation of BOQ's towards final bill settlement to all sub-contractors or vendors.
