Al Tazaj is a BBQ chicken Arabic fast casual restaurant chain headquartered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, but has since expanded to 14 countries including Usa. It has big production plant in Jeddah with many big machineries, HVAC and Refrigeration system.
RESPONSIBILITIES

 Estimating all maintenanc work (HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing ) inside and outside the plant.
 Managing More than 150 technicians of HVAC, Electrical, Plumber, and Electronics both production plant and outside restaurants
 Give proper instruction to technicians and supervisors to trouble shoot all the maintenance issue.
 Weekly meeting with production managers, operation director and higher authorities for discussing about maintenance issues.
 On the basis of Estimation of all maintenance work,Making monthly maintenance budget as per the requirements.
 Making Plan, Electrical drawing, total estimation and costing for all new work inside the plant.
 Dealing with local and international suppliers for purchasing machinaries and its parts.

 Outlet Labeling in first fix and second fix
 Preparation of As Built Drawing
 Supervise a team of engineers and technicians
 . Pathways Design for Horizontal Cabling and Fiber & Copper Backbone, Riser Diagram, Rack Elevation

 Preparation of schematic diagram.
 Preparation of lighting layout with DB scheme.
 Designing of lightning and Earthinglayout.
 Preparation of load calculation.
 Estimating total material as per the drawing
 Coordination of work with site engineer.
 Lighting design using software - Dialux

 Execution of 230 KV & 33 KV switchyard projects incorporating quality as well as health & safety policy.
 Coordinating with various sub-contractors to plan & schedule the project activities for smooth & timely execution with full safety practices.
 Full time supervision of all electrical works involved in switchyard projects.
 Coordinating with corporate office and project office for various activities, ensuring timely availability of materials, sorting out issues relating to lessoning and other local problems.
 Site fund and inventory management.
 Direct reporting to Client and project manager.
 Documentation - drawings, invoices, reports, correspondence & material related, etc.

4 Years bachlor Degree in Technology Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
