Ensure that records are accurate and comply with organizational and legal requirements.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.
Produce 2 week look ahead in conjunction with the Site Agent.
Produce Site Diaries and Allocation Sheets.
Checking and controlling all the progress on site.
Preparing Daily weekly and monthly report to the site Engineer.
Implementing of Structures Drawings.

Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, and operative.
Setting out, levelling and surveying at site.
Checking plans drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculation.
Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
Liaising with any consultants, subcontractor, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
Liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with construction regulations and by-laws.
Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
