1) Plan, directs, and coordinates activities of executives engaged in receiving, investigating, evaluating, and settling complaints claims of telegraph customers.
2) Direct the team to investigate complaints, like those concerning rates or service.
3) Analyze reports of findings & recommends response to complaint, considering nature complexity of complaint.
4) Review actions of subordinates to make sure settlements are made correctly.
5) Authorize retention of data preparation of documents for use during customer inquiries.
Proven Job Role
I do credit card applications sourcing through Finnone, scanning through BPM, filing and send a report at the end of the day for application sourced. And taking calls giving customer service to clints who applied for credit card.Mainly focusing in assigning leads to the in-house team and provide daily follow ups also I manage urgent documents pickups and processing. After I receive the application, I check eligibility and sale validity, where I have to insure there is no discrepancies, I check customers’ statements through Siebel CRM, signatures through SIGCAP and all documents are provided and clear.
Daily extract canceled and rejected cases, highlight doable or not doable cases and follow up on each and every case with the sales agent to resolve maximum number of discrepancies to get more approvals.

* Credit processor (credit cards). Files received from branches for processing & scanning in BPM & Track soft software.
* Receiving the loan files and credit card files from bank for data entry, document preparation, scanning, validation, and processing.
