Ensuring that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, sub-contractors and suppliers as applicable.

Maintaining the documents and drawings under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
Responsible for maintaining hard copy information related to all the Projects.
Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.
Ensuring all documents are up to date as possible within electronic filing system - ERP
