I have 4 years of India exp. and 2 years of UAE exp. with the sound knowledge in QS field, site execution as well as billing field so i can able to easily adopt for this type of jobs and i can able to understand and predict other field situations too.
My current company roles regarding QS and billing
1. Preparing quotation for new projects as tendering
2. If we got project preparing detail estimation for every work before starting the task.
3. After completing the work we take reconciliation report
4. After completing work we prepare bill for contractors as per agreement
5. Prepare monthly bill for company labours
6. prepare scheduled VAT bill for VAT return

And one more thing i want to share you i have little knowledge in ERP because while working in India we have done all the above process in ERP

regarding site execution
1. prepare DLR as well as DPR
2. arrange work with materials for all company labours as well as for contractors
3. monitoring the works
4.check with proper approved dwg
5. coordinate with clients as well as consultants
6.prepare the site and documents for all municipality which is mandatory
7. submit cube, block, steel etc.,for municipality checking and collecting the report

Andalso i have applied for my UAE driving license and cleared signal as well as in parking test, road test in progress and hope i will get that within a month.
