I am seeking a job opportunity for any positions available for Project Manager or Construction Manager or Estimation manager in well organization. I am well experienced in construction industry.

I have an extensive total experience of 16 years out of which 14 years in UAE and 2 years India During last 14 years here in UAE I have worked in many varied complex projects which gave me immense experience and enhanced my skill sets

I am very well versed with the construction industry since I have been involved in almost all trades like Estimation , Procurement , Contracts and Appointment of sub contractors.

I have a ability of handle and handover the project within stipulated time and budget. I have capability of handling clients and consultants.Working with the Project Management Team to review all schedules, man-hour estimates and procedures for Planning Department.

Coordinating and verifying the development of all revised program for all projects.

Discuss the program with subcontractors on the mobilization of their manpower requirements and priorities of work in each phase.

Prepare reports for Management and clients on the revision / Progress to all scope, estimate and schedules.

Maintaining the all planning formats on weekly basis, Physical Project Progress Status, Executive Summary, Material Planning, Manpower Planning, Resource Allocation Planning, and Staff Coordination with site staff and sub contractors and Micro Program of the Project.
