GENERATOR TECHNICIAN:
• Responsible of Generator Sets Operation and Maintenance of 4 units of 2700KW MITSUBISHI DIESEL GENSET.
• Auto synchronization and manual synchronization of additional engine.
• Data Gathering of machine parameters to monitor if the machine runs according to required specification.
• Load monitoring on the panel to avoid overloading of the generators.
• Inspect the condition of the Generators, Troubleshoot and initiate minor repairs to all equipment.
• Checking of equipment leaks such as Air, Water, Fuel and Oil Leaks to prevent any possible trouble that may occur during the operation of the equipment.
• Perform minor maintenance works changing of fuel filters, oil filters, air filters and sampling lube oil from purifier.
• Checking of Generators Remote Radiators water level to avoid over heating or increase of the jacket water temp.
• Perform load testing on units to identify possible problems and prevent wet stacking.

CHILLER TECHNICIAN:
• Monitoring of the desired temperature of the production line needed.
• Trouble shooting of panels and conduct some repairs if needed.
• Responsible for the operation of 3 UNIT of HITACHI STEAM TYPE CHILLERS AND 1 UNIT OF HITACHI HOT WATER TYPE CHILLER

BOILER TECHNICIAN:
• Responsible on the operation of 4 units of MIURA Exhaust Type boilers.
• Making sure that the inlet and outlet damper is working properly to avoid the steam pressure drop.
• Properly adjust steam header for the desired steam pressure needed for the operation of the steam type chiller.
• Maintain the safe water level of the boiler to avoid high level alarm that can trigger the generator to automatic shutdown.
• Checking of the boiler panel components such as timers, contactors and relays.

ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
• Responsible on the electrical works on the facility.
• Installation of additional lighting fixtures or convenience outlet if needed.
• Trouble shooting and diagnosing problems of electrical panels.
• Routine maintenance of different electrical motors in our facility.
• Checking of DC panel if the battery is in good condition.
