As a customer service representative I attentively listen to the customers issue and request to provide the appropriate service they needed and know the urgency of the customers issue. From the company I came from under the account of United Parcel Services UPS, normally we received minimum of 70 calls per day up to 120 calls. Most of the incoming calls came from irate customers. We make sure that the we give an excellent customer service experience. From irate customer to a happy and satisfied customers. Happy customers we get satisfactory survey.
I've been also in chat support team on the same field. Sending emails, live chat with 3 customers at the same time while navigating all necessary tools for the customers inquiry and concerns.
We do offer/sells UPS services and proactively offer the self-service application/mobile app for them to explore more about UPS services and feedbacks.
We also walk through them for basic trouble shooting and how to use the UPS different types of account and services.
