During the past 16 years as an Architect my project experience has developed in scale, complexity and responsibilities. My experience has involved very different approaches to meet the requirements of the client and the design intent. This has allowed me to develop the skills in efficient time management and value engineering enabled projects. Have acquired extensive experience of different building uses like residential, commercial, hotel and mixed use developments involving projects of various scales from high-end quality individual developments to major mixed use on master plans, With proven experience in design background and people management have lead project teams within the practice managing various sub-consultant teams and working directly with prestigious Clients. Gained a clear knowledge on project process flow and able to monitor the limitations/ shortfall from Conceptual Design to Project Completion and handover.
