Design of Electrical system such as power, Lighting, and low current for typical 5BR and 6BR villa for the total of 680 villas.
 Calculation and preparation of load schedules including villas, Landscape, Street lighting, Guard houses, Lifting station and schematic electrical drawings as per client requirement.
 Review and Editing BOQ as per drawings and schedules and as per client’s requirement.
 Review and check design of skimmer type swimming pool including pump capacity adjustment.
 Calculation of electrical load requirements including lighting (Halogen, low power LED lights).
 Review, check and propose heating system for swimming pool (Solar panel & Electrical heater chiller).
 Review and coordinate Pump room location.
 Very well experienced in DEWA rules and regulations understanding and implementation.
 Experienced to use DEWA portal system for Submission of Electrical Design and associated works for NOC’s etc.
 Hand on experience in DM BPS system using and creating application.
 Submission for the approval of whole project from DEWA including HV/LV and preparing overall load summary.
 Prepare Overall LV Network Design and coordinate with Landscape design for approval with sub-consultants
SITE SUPERVISIONS.
 Supervision of 2 Mockup villa as typical for other villas.
 Review and check submittals, shop drawings and site associated works related to MEP for the project.
 Attending meetings with client, contractors and subcontractors for technical issues related to site and design.
 Review and checked shop drawings for MEP works related to villas, and gave comments as per design and client requirements.
 Coordinate with suppliers and other departments including civil to prepare sample room as per design guidelines for project.
 Conduct inspections in factory for precast panels and associated services of MEP in the precast panels.
 Supervision and verified the drainage and water supply connections to be as per approved design.
 Conduct material inspections raised by contractor for the associated works of villa including MEP.
 Conduct inspections for manholes of drainage and all related MEP works to be as per authority standards and approval.
 Review and check all villa associated MEP works including drainage, plumbing and water supply as per approved design.
 Supervision for Electrical works and MEP works during construction stages of swimming pool and
