Please see my CV (Senior Civil Engineer with 9 years experience) attached herewith looking for a job in the Construction Industry. I have good experience in the construction field and I am targeting senior level assignments in Civil Engineer preferably in Construction/Consultancy industry. I have worked with consultants and as well as contractors.

I started my career as a Site Engineer in 2008 and was promoted to Project Engineer in a very short span of time based on my performance and hard work. I was made Project Engineer of 80 villas located in different gated communities in India. During this tenure, I have guided 7 site engineers and many sub-contractors to deliver the aforesaid projects on time and as per the clients' requirement.

I started working in UAE in early 2015 in a Consultancy firm where I was appointed as Structural Engineer. In the beginning, I dealt with structural calculations using structural softwares like Etabs, Safe, Prokon, Staad.Pro, SAP2000, CSI Column, etc. I have good experience in using AutoCAD as well. I also communicated with concerned authorities to obtain approvals on structural software calculations and drawings for all the projects the consultancy has.

I have also handled ongoing construction projects in the UAE as an Assistant Resident Engineer. Following are some of the works I handled as an assistant resident engineer: reviewing material submittals, method statements, shop drawings, technical submittals, daily activity reports, weekly reports, coordination between civil, architecture, MEP and other disciplines, conducting inspections for all civil works and materials delivered to site, preparing minutes Of meeting (MOMs), site observation reports (SORs), safety violation notices (SVNs), non-conformation notices (NCNs) responding to RFIs, preparing Correspondences/Letters/Drafts to Contractors and Subcontractors, weekly reports for Clients, preparing structural software calculations for any change in the ongoing project, drafting structural drawings, guiding contractors and subcontractors, attending/conducting regular meetings with contractors/subcontractors and clients.

I am quite familiar with construction activities and have the ability to solve technical problems and make correct decisions on the spot. I am fluent in the English language and have excellent communication skills.
