I am a B.Sc (Hons) Quantity Surveyor, graduated from University of Moratuwa, SriLanka (accredited by RICS, CICES, PAQS AIQS and NZIQS) seeking an opportunity in Contracts, Commercial and Cost management disciplines, where I can deploy my skills, experience and knowledge for the betterment of the organization. I work well independently, as well as in a team setting and possessed 4 years of experience (1 year in UAE), as a Quantity Surveyor in Pre Contract and Post Contract works.
Moreover, I have become Professional in Project Planning and Management through a professional certificate in order to achieve broader knowledge over Project Planning and Management (MS Project, Primavera, Project Management and Project Management Concepts) aspect of the construction business.
