• To ensure the inventory related process / SOP at stores.
• Preparing new process note as per requirement and ensuring 100% rollout at stores
• All Stores to be audited every month with detailed reasoning on deviations and action plan to improve the same.
• Ensure Monthly MIS is submitted and discussed with reasons for deviation
• Ensure Perpetual inventory is done at all the stores
• Ensure Stock Take process is coordinated end to end with detailed analysis.

• Submitting various reports to the management on warehousing activities, etc.
• Devising efficient Logistics Management System to ensure delivery of the goods / shipments as per committed timelines and cost
• Communicating all delays or variances in inbound/outbound freight to the appropriate parties. Maintaining strict control over inventory levels in order to meet internal and external demand of product, but avoiding inventory surplus.
• Handling activities entailing distribution, and storage of all freight, product, and supplies that come in and out of the warehouse. Ascertaining all production orders are shipped to customers in a timely manner in adherence to delivery schedules.
• Ascertaining that daily transfers are updated and confirmed in MIS/IT system within the same day. Preparing warehouse inbound and outbound documentation /MIS.
• Training personnel in warehouse management function, facility & equipment upkeep, safety & security of premises, material handling equipment and storage systems
