Site Incharge

 Currently our job is for L&T MMH Structural fabrication and erection at Jindal Dolvi Plant, Maharashtra.
 My role here was to handle the site, labour, handle the drawings from the client (L&T) and distribute the work according to the team.
 Preparation of Cutting plans for various plates according to the thickness and length for structural drawings.
 Attend the meetings and do negotiations with the clients.
 Maintain DPR and report to my Senior official (CEO).
 Arrange the materials required for the commencement of the job.
 Handover the final job to the clients within the scheduled time.
 Completion of the job within the safety rules and regulations.
 Do the measurements and the billing.

QC Engineer
 Check the grade of the material.
 Do the Fitup inspection.
 Review and prepare the Welding Procedure Specification, Procedure Qualification Record and organizing Welder Qualification Test.
 Do the welding inspection, do the weld visual tests, conduct NDT procedure.
 Receive the clearance from client QC officials.

Site Supervisor

 My role there was so supervise the site, handle the work and the Labour.
 Check the fitup and welding defects if any.
 Do the measurements and the billing.
 Attend the meetings and do negotiations with the clients.
 During that period I worked on vessels, pipeline and structural fabrication and erection.
 From this organisation I worked for an overseas project for Allana sons in Ethiopia, Africa.

Mechanical Supervisor

 This organization was my first venture after my graduation, it is a Ship repairing and maintenance company.
 Here my roles were to study the job.
 Record the works done daily and develop a report accordingly.
 Make all arrangements for the job.
 Our work was always in Cochin shipyard.
