My function of professional work start 27 years ago. My experience including international projects Starting from year 1992 ın Turkey and My overseas construction projects start. In 2002, with Ireland
My overseas work start in IRELAND with Turkish Construction Company’s and fallow with / IRISH Construction companies / Italian Construction companies in Russian Federation / China Construction Company’s in Saudi Arabia,/ Qatar Construction Company’s in Qatar and Kenyan Construction Company’s in Kenya / Turkish Construction Company in Kuwait as for construction QA/QC and HSE Manager..
I Build up for four different companys in 4 different country (Russia / Astaldi - Qatar / Alhuda – Kenya / Civicon / Turkey / Cengiz construction) the ISO System for certification (9001:2008 / 14001:2004 / OHSAS18001:2007). And got the certifications for the Company’s I will got the training ASAP for ISO 9001:2015. To certify my self as well.
My Extensive experience in wide variety of construction projects including but not limited with Highway Construction project, Railway construction project, Power Station Construction project with pipe line project, Housing Projects, High Rise Building Projects. Airport Civil Construction, Sea Port (Marine) Project. Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction and Precast Concrete Production. Manufacturing. Is One of them work I work.

My ACHIEVEMENTS:
As I become a Technical civil engineer I start to work in construction Laboratory. The Laboratory was a school for me which you never learn in school.
I learn first the Material Characteristic objectives (soil / asphalt / Concrete / steel materials) implements. test instructions where and how is work.
Quality control and Quality Assurance brıng to my work life how to spend the time and the money less and get more Qualify ıssues. Whıch is very importand to the projects. I learn with Quality Assurance system that every one must be thing and work with Qualıty
Qualıty control and Qualıty Assurance ıs lıfe stıle for me. organızatıon, planıng time. And dont loose money.

My STRENGTHS:
Quality Strengths As I believe to be care about customer investment. Which need to be Excellent the communication with every one even with workers need to be excellent The situation off work is very important for motivation issues. And we need Strong Management. for Strong Organizations my first skills.
My system starts from the beginning. ‘’Training’’. Showing the QA/QC team first What we need how we can sort out the problems. The QA/QC team have to be known all the subject to advice all construction team members. All goals the Adjustment ıs not only advise the people who have to be do the job. Even we have to be corrected / invested / and inspected after the training and advising about. The NCR which ıs our most important item for every screen. Of course, for incorrect work or mistake work we need to be wright NCR but NCR ıs just correct the work and with NCR people wıll learn to correct way of work.

My QUALİTY STRATEGY:
1. Prepare all Procedures as per Project Specifications.
2. Prepare all Forms as per project Specifications.
3. Prepare ITP s which is very important to QA/QC Team.
4. Help the construction team to prepare the Method statements.
5. Prepare Forms for construction and follow up to use correct.
6. Prepare Meetings to Advise Company Management and other staff.
7. Prepare monthly Kick of meeting to advise the client of project.
8. Train all staff for correct action
9. Work and inspect all work instructions on site and report.
10. Don’t stop the work try to run the work with correct action
11. Prepare for Unaccepted work NCR s which will be not correct action on site.
