My nearly 26 years of experience includes responsibilities like QHSE Management, Safety Training Programmes, QHSE Regulatory Compliance and HSE Standards Implementation, Recruitment, Employee Welfare, Mechanical Maintenance in various Industries Viz..Construction, Chemical, Fabrication, Oil Field Maintenance, Plastic Industry, Aviation, Seaport & Manufacturing Industry.

I was lastly working as the Sr. Manager with Dulsco LLC – Dubai, UAE. This role required me to spearhead a team of 20 members, including HSEQ Officers, Trainers & Medical Supervisors, Welfare Asst. Manager /Executives, Recruitment and Transport Executives; ensure & maintain adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards, which aided in improving Integrated Management Systems (IMS) performance; mentor new and existing employees to develop better understanding by leading safety trainings; ensure minimisation of incidents risk.
