Dear Sir,

I wish to offer myself as one of the candidate for the post mention above. My present job responsibilities and capabilities are in the Planning, Execution, Testing and Commissioning of MEP Projects, which involves Plumbing, Drainage, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical and ELV Systems.

Plumbing and Drainage involves underground and above ground water and drainage lines with valve chambers and sewage manholes, Sewage Pumping manholes stations / STP , domestic / irrigation water pump rooms, R.O Plant, Solar Plant, filtration system and installation of sanitary ware fixtures and fittings etc.

HVAC Systems involves installation of ducting (GI & Pre-insulated) with complete accessories, all type of A/C units (DX types and chilled water types), and all type of ventilation / exhaust fans. Underground / above ground chilled water / condensing water pipelines with all accessories which includes installation of water and air cool chiller plant with all equipment’s and piping installations, cooling tower, cold storage etc.

Fire Fighting Services involves installation of GI piping, sprinklers head all type, fire hose reel with cabinets, fire hydrant, fire extinguisher, breeching inlets, fire hose rack with landing valve, zone control valve assembly, firefighting pump room set, FM-200 in Electrical substation, pre action sprinkler system in lift machine room, foam agent system in diesel generator room and deluge system etc.

Electrical Services involves installation of primary cabinets, MCC, MCP, MCCP, DB S , EMDB S, Transformers, capacitor banks, Lighting fixtures (external and internal), Lightning Protection, Bus bars, cable trunking, wiring with all accessories, lightning controls, cable trays, ladders and earthing system etc.

ELV systems involves installation of CCTV, SMATV, PAVA, fire alarm, Access Controls, Gate barriers, Structure cabling, BMS / BAS , Central battery / UPS, etc.

I am a license holder certified / approved engineer by Dubai Municipality (Reg no. 114900) for the above services in their electromechanical projects under electromechanical equipment’s installation /maintenance contractors.

Experience in Projects Management / Coordination, Project Planning / scheduling, Estimation, Contracts and sub contracts (Subcontractors) finalization.

I had earlier experience in Plant Piping, Pipelines, Tanks, Structural Works, Equipment’s Erection, Painting, Blasting, Cathodes Protection, Wrapping-Coating, Welding, Preheating, PWHT, Refractory Insulation, Hydro testing, Air Blowing, Pigging, Vacuum test. Monitor NDT activities, such as RT, UT, MP and DP TESTS. Preparation of WPS, WPQT (PQR), WQT procedures etc. QC records preparations & preparation of final Dossiers etc.
