I am a Quantity Surveyor/Civil Engineer with more than three (3) years of work experience in pre-contract and post contract works from cost consultant and contractor companies. I am immediately available in UAE on a visit visa, and I would like to submit my application for the Quantity Surveyor or Civil Engineer post.

I can perform Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering works with my knowledge and experience especially on Pre-contract works (Estimation/Measurement, Cost Plan and Bill of Quantities preparation, Procurement and Tendering) and Post-contract works (Project Monitoring and Evaluation, Cost and Commercial Assurance, Claims and Final Accounts). Furthermore, I have sound knowledge of Standard Methods of Measurement (POMI, NRM, MMHW, RMM1, CESMM4), and contracts (NEC and FIDIC). I am also familiar with software - Planswift, CostX, Cadmeasure, AutoCAD, Autodesk Design Review, Power BI and MS Office.
