I’m a Mechanical Engineer with 4.2 Years of Experience in the Quality Field. A Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) by American Welding Society (AWS) and a NDT Level II Inspector in UT, PT, VT, MPT and RT by American Society of Nondestructive Testing (ASNT).

My last position was of a QC Executive for United Industries (Mallar Group) (a heavy fabrication industry) from Dec-2016 to Feb-2019 with responsibilities of Raw Material Inspection and Testing, NDT (VT, PT, MPT), Dimensional Inspection, Report Generation, Welder qualification, Stage Wise Inspection, Generating Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), Inspection Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) and Non Conformity Reports (NCR), Calibration of Instruments & measuring gauges and Maintaining the records for Audit.
Worked as a Project coordinator on the projects of pressure vessels for ISRO, VSI 2000, 1400 feeders for TEREX India Limited and Keel Blocks for Actuant India Limited
Generated more than 50 welding procedures (WPS) and qualified more than 150 welders (WPQ) working on GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, SMAW, SAW and Stud Welding as per ASME sec IX, AWS D1.1,D1.2, D1.3, D1.6 & D9.1 and ISO 15614-1 and ISO 9606-1 Standard.
Performed VT, MPT and PT on the Frames, Housings/Casings, Pressure vessels, Machine bases etc. as per ASME, AWS and ISO.
