ACCOUNTANT WITH 4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCCE

Job Responsibilities:

1. Routine accounting of Sales invoices, Purchases invoices, expenses, payments, receipts etc
2. Raising of sales invoices and purchase orders and handling dispatch and receipt of goods.
3. Reconciliation of balance as per bank statements and books of accounts.
4. Maintenance of Cash Book and accounting of cash transactions.
5. Keeping track of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ensuring timely payment to vendors And receipts from customers.
6. Monitoring credit limits issued to customers and intimating the management in case credit limits Exceed.
7. Preparation and issue of cheques and ensuring timely clearance.
8. Preparation and presentation of various management reports like customer-wise and region-wise Sales report, Purchase report, Expense report, Stock report, Payments report etc.
9. Computation of VAT input/output and net liability and filing of VAT returns on quarterly basis.
10. Co-ordination with clearing agents to ensure clearance of imports and exports of goods.
11. Periodical verification of accounts to ensure there are no misstatements in the financial statements.
12. Physical verification of inventory on a daily basis.
13. Co-ordination with auditors and assisting them in performing audits.
14. Interacting with ERP service providers for customization of system reports basis the requirement of business.
15. Administration of bank related functions like bank withdrawals, bank deposits,issue of demand drafts, account opening etc.
16. Other administration tasks such as payment of electricity bills, telephone and internet bills, water supply bills, etc.
