o 13+ Years of UAE/GCC experience in multidiscipline Electrical & MEP Coordination works (MEP Projects – Building & Infrastructure) in multi storey residential/commercial buildings, Infrastructure and industries with 6+ Years’ experience in India.
o Preparation of shop drawings, Technical submittals and RFIs and required.
o Hands on knowledge in Supervision and monitoring of complete Electrical installation works, Testing and Commissioning activities for MDB/LV Panels, SMDBs, DBs, MCC Panels, Generators, Fire alarm System, Emergency lighting system (Central Battery & Self contained central monitoring), Building Management System (BMS) and other ELV Systems.
o Preparation of closeout documents (AS BUILT Drawings, O&M Manual and Training handouts) for Consultant/Client’s approval and final hand over of the systems.
o An effecting team player and coordinating efficiently with other MEP Mechanical services such as HVAC System, Fire Fighting system, Water Supply, Drainage and other associated works.
o Coordination / follow-ups with authorities like DEWA, du, Etisalat, Civil Defence & Dubai Municipality for final inspection and approval.
o Ability to supervise and manage both direct/in house and sub-contractor’s work.
