Academic Professional with over Eight years of experience in the field of teaching, research, consultancy and management. I am currently holding the designation of Professor of Business Management at Cromwell UK International Education, Ajman-UAE.

My relevant experiences are - Research Associate to a reputed health care research organisation, teaching and research experiences under the University of Kerala, Social Project Manager at an NGO and have also held a position of Financial Advisor to a multinational life insurance company.

Educational qualifications include Doctorate (PhD) in Corporate Social Responsibility, Masters in Business Administration and Social Work and a Bachelor Degree in Commerce.

I am actively involved in teaching and also practices scientific researches for academic and industrial applications. Other fields of interest include but not limited to, corporate social engagement, organisational sustainability, human capital management, business ethics and strategic management.
