I have gained a lot of experience over the years with teaching, training, coaching, supervising and managing.I have taught children and adults.I have learnt,when teaching children,the usage of Props and
TPR(total physical responses) plays an important role in making lessons more exciting and encouraging.
My lesson plans includes icebreakers and fun activities to keep the students engaged in the lesson.
Currently I am teaching English to Chinese learners (K1-K12)English online and my students require a
lot of patience, dedication and motivation.I have gained experience in lesson planning ,evaluation, resource allocation and correcting lesson material as well.

I have also worked as an English Teacher/Tutor Online for IQBAR UK where I was exposed to the -CGE Cambridge Global English Curriculum. CGE curriculum is flexible with clear learning objectives. By engaging students to be active, creative learners with a wide variety of resources and combined with modern technology, it enhances the learning experience. The lesson materials consist of language-rich content, activities, word problems, games and an evaluation activity to test the progress of the learners at the end of every lesson. The Modern K-12 curriculum is dynamic and interactive. By incorporating web research not only in the curriculum but also in lesson planning. Since “Speaking and Listening” are now key elements of the Common Core Standards K-K12 curriculum therefore encourages in-class interactivity not only with student and teacher, but with student and student as well.My aim is to provide a comprehensive learning program to actively engage learners and creatively stimulate their development through a wide variety of curriculum-based activities with the use of modern technology thus creating an exciting and flexible environment by positively stimulating my students and achieving the learning objectives. I can contribute with effective and efficient work methods with my continuous research ability for innovative systems and simplified processes.My skills will prove to be both effective and efficient and an asset to your institute. I have an unlimited passion for Teaching children and adults. The desire to learn new skills and techniques that are useful to others, drives me and motivates me. I always participate actively in a team and will surely share my opinions.
