 Extensive experience in Shipping, Export Documentation, Import, Logistic Activities, DG Shipments (Dangerous goods), Inco Terms, Transportation.
 Expertise at handling the inventory function, to curtail inventory-holding expenses and adherence to the minimum inventory level to minimize wastage.
 An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal, analytical & organizational abilities.
• Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.
• To make sure that consignment is shipped in the timeliest and efficient manner according to documented processes, including tracking the shipment from pick up through delivery.
• Prepare the invoices where necessary/packing lists, and arranging the insurance, receive all documents and preparation of export bills by customs clearance department while following to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Testing Laboratory by sending all the documents required for review and release of materials (ITS/SASO/CITES, adhesive, core etc.)
