The Project is a Construction, Completion and Maintenance of King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyad, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. consisting of 59 towers in an area of 1.6 M Sqm in Hotel, Residential Apartment, Conference, Cinema, Office tower, Showroom Hall and 5 Basement Parking.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Preparation and summaries of all measured works
• Preparation of detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) through On-site measurement and measurement of drawings with all MEP Drawings.
• Preparing plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation Undertaking costs analysis project of work.
• Suggestions for determining cost limits and budgets.
• Attend meetings, prepare financial reports and monitor on the status of projects.
• Cost estimates for Damaged Materials.
• Performing risk and value management and cost control, Identifying and developing responses to commercial risks.
• Recording and monitoring of all site activities and costs being expended on the project
• Preparation of Monthly Commercial reports in conjunction with PM and site team.

Work effectively involved in construction such as an ability of modern residential building, office building, warehouse, road and Bridge projects.

Duties:
• Preparations of Comparison statement of obtain quotation to choose the best offers from sub-contractor or suppliers Quotation.
• Arranging the labours, material, equipment as per the scope of work for monthly interim valuation / final valuation & invoicing.
• Evaluate and compare subcontractors’ quotation and discuss with materials department for finalization of cost price
• Comparing tender drawings with construction drawings to identify variation to the scope of works.
• Preparing Bill of Quantity based on available brief data in accordance with Principle of Measurement.

Working as part of a busy team, taking responsibility for several schemes at differing stages and working with limited supervision. The workload includes new buildings, refurbishment projects, house extensions, and environmental projects.

Duties:
• Responsible for monthly interim valuation / final valuation & invoicing.
• Detailed quantity take off for Re-measurement & preparation of Bill of Quantities.
• Arriving new rates for non-Bill of Quantities items & other day work claims.
• Preparing Bi-weekly progress report and monthly progress report.
• Award of sub-contractor orders & tracking subcontract works.
• Responsible for maintaining manpower schedule & minimizing labor cost.
• Preparation of variations and coordinate with Consultant/Main Contractor/Client to get approval on time.

Project involved construction of luxurious hotel, Stadium and Fitness. The 11-story hotel building consisted of a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, gymnasium and substation with Stadium and developing area for Football Stadium.

Duties:
• Quantities take off for re-measurement.
• Contractual correspondence between Contractor and Consultant.
• Analyzing Negotiating and short listing of Sub-Contractors Prices & Quotation and evaluating them for awarding.
• Preparation of project cost reports.
• Coordination and verification of Sub Contract bills.
• Site Inspection and joint measurement for additional works.
