I began working September 2016 at a retail fashion brand. Joined as Retail Coordinator where I overlooked various tasks such as:
- Marketing: managing all marketing activities for B&M stores, ensuring customer service is as per brand standards and creating brand awareness + customer retention
- Fit-out Management: managing projects of store openings from architects drawings, to liaising with fit-out contractors and mall management representatives and then ensuring that the store is opened as per the standards and designs shared. Additionally - ensuring that the staff hired within the store are trained and understand all policies and procedures prior to trade.
- Store Management: supervising one of the main stores of the brand in the UAE. Ensuring that the staff are fully trained at all times, working alongside the Store Manager and ensuring that all KPIs are being met as well as sale targets.

I got promoted to E-Commerce Manager when the business decided to grow on an online platform alongside the B&M stores. I overlooked all tasks from web design, web management, dealing with web partners, creating relationships with delivery, warehouse and fulfillment partners. It has been an exciting time to build these platforms and watch them turn into successful running websites.
