• Work include to create technical drawings based on given specifications and calculations and propose solutions on technical issues influencing design and coordinate with suppliers, site engineers and project managers to resolve problem due to design.
• Preparation of Detailed working drawings for Landscaping work and Structural Work Shop Drawings with full steel detailing.
• Preparing Weekly and monthly progress Drawings. And 2 weeks look ahead drawings.
• Preparing Site Coordinate Drawings for the surveyor.
• Provide supplementary design drawings and information as needed.
• Propose improved solutions on technical issues influencing design.
• Coordinate with suppliers, site engineers and project managers for the resolution of problems.
• Review and approve Sub-contractors shop drawings, materials, and detailing submitted for approval.
• Follow up the detail especially during the construction phase.
• Review and inspect the contractors work to ensure that both the design intent and the quality of workmanship and materials are achieved in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
• Initial measurement and final measurement to issue invoice.
• Clarifying details with Engineering Departments for project.
• Responsible for BOQ clarification with Sales Department. Have good knowledge of Quantify the Materials
• Preparing Auto-CAD drawings for suppliers for further clarification on pattern and design.
• Achieving clients’ approval over the shop-drawings.

• Preparation of Shop drawings for civil, Architectural (plan Layouts, Elevations, Sections) & MEP works.
• Shop Drawings for Steel Shade Structure.
• Preparation of shop Drawings & As Built Drawings in CAD STANDARD for submission to CMW.
• Preparation of Detailed Tender, Construction & As Built Drawings.
• Preparation of Design Drawings and AutoCAD 2D, 3D presentations.
• Preparation of interior 3D views by using 3DS Max.
• Able to resolve problems and design related issues during construction.
• Coordinating with site engineers and surveyors to support them.

• Preparation of Shop drawings for civil building & Infrastructure work including Utility services,
• Preparing Architectural Plans, Elevations and section detail, Drawings.
• Calculating Earth work Quantities.
• Civil & Architectural work cross section & Long section Contouring.
• Preparation of Isometric views and Presentation drawings.
• Preparation of Construction & AS BUILT drawings, etc.
• As per work requirement visiting sites and collecting data.
• Coordinating with site engineers and support them.
