ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing In process inspections on first piece article and final audit inspections.
• Giving Final approval to start the line for the inspected pieces.
• Inspecting the parts post production to see if the parts are properly welded, not damaged and Bolts/Nuts are not missing.
• Finally dispatching the inspected parts.
• Last check on the dispatched parts to ensure the pieces has threads.
• Draft Final confirmation Report to Manager and Supervisor on the dispatched parts via email.
• Maintained all necessary quality records and documents.
