Worked as a Warehouse in charge in Gulf Specialized Mechanical & Engineering Co (GSME) IMCC group of companies GPC, ADCE, IMAC TGPC & CIC) my duties involve (Sep 2003 – Jul 2016) Abu Dhabi (UAE)
Worked with ALASAB GEN CONTRACTING EST. as a site Store Incharge at GASCO/AEDCO Habshan-5 & involve of all type of stores activities as mentioned below (Sep 2016 till 28th February 2018)
- Responsible for all on site aspects of the logistics, supply chain, client, customer delivery operations
- In charge of making sure that, each stage of the distribution process is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards.
- Controlling the order cycle and follow up accordingly
- Monitoring and tracking the flow of goods into the warehouse
- Inbound, outbound, break pack, de-palletization, and day to day operation of the warehouse
- Management of Warehouse, Inventory, Stores, Raw Materials, Projects through SAP.

- Procedures from raising of PR (purchase requisition) in SAP & follow till received
- Material Master Data Management SAP (Creation, Deletion, Modifications in Item Catalogue)

- Managing inventory for easy identification of materials (all kind of materials)
- Arranging deliveries of material to various plant locations (project material, consumable, gases etc)
- Ensure that all materials are properly coded label and placed in their respective storage areas/ bins.
- Keeping a check on inventory Control of critical items by maintaining perpetual Inventory on Daily basis
- Dealing all kind of Loan & Borrow queries through proper usage of documents i.e. MRS, MIV, MRV etc.
- Dealing with client on free issue material for upcoming, arrival, inspection i.e. MRIR, MRV, and MIV etc
- Dealing with QC on daily basis for MTC, inspection, acceptance & release of project material etc
- Day to day email composition regarding material exceptions, MER Initiation & MER Settlement, correspondence with different Departments such as Procurement, Indenter, End User, client etc.
- Review of various reports i.e. daily report of all items falling below reorder point & follow up for its reordering and Informing procurement department for NIL inventory/ out of stock situation for critical material.
- Review & Follow up of other Reports such as Pending Material Inspection Report (MIR), Material Order Report, Zero Inventory Report, Pending Material Exception Report MERs etc.
- Supervision of annual turnaround activities by close coordination for smooth operations of warehouse
- Perform Quarterly, Semi & yearly audits of materials with internal & external auditors and reply to the queries of auditors, if any as well as client audit also
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards for all incoming materials
- Having knowledge of ASME, procedure as well ISO & BS standard
- Having good knowledge of structural material, Fasteners, Gaskets, all type of consumable stuff etc
- Full command over module related to warehousing in SAP ver. R/3 PRD
- Keenly focused on proper storage of material & equipment as well as maintain housekeeping & ensure the proper use of PPE (Conduct weekly Tool Box Talk meeting) obliged team spirit
