Job Summary:

The Guest Relations Manager at Carbone will oversee the guest experience, ensuring five-star service and creating memorable dining experiences. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with hotel guests, local residents, and regular patrons, acting as a brand ambassador, and actively promoting repeat visits.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage guests, ensuring exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
  • Build and manage guest relationships to foster loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Serve as a sales ambassador, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue.
  • Communicate guest needs and preferences to the restaurant team for a personalized experience.
  • Maintain and expand the guest database, collaborating with PR and marketing on upcoming events and promotions.
  • Lead initiatives for special events and respond to guest feedback to continually enhance service quality.
  • Oversee reservations and handle special requests, ensuring smooth communication with the restaurant team.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong passion for Food & Beverage, hospitality, and customer service.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

Level of Education:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Work Hours:

  • Full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Experience in Months:

  • Minimum 24-36 months in a similar role within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant setting.
