Job Summary:

As a Pool and Beach Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them with warmth and professionalism. Your role is to enhance the guest experience from arrival to departure by providing exceptional service, including escorting guests to their sunbeds and offering assistance as needed. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to creating a positive environment for all guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their designated areas.
• Maintain a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Assist with guest inquiries regarding pool and beach amenities and services.
• Coordinate with the service team to address guest needs and special requests promptly.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the guest flow.
• Attend internal and external training to enhance service and product knowledge.
• Communicate with team members to maintain smooth operations and excellent guest interactions.

Level of Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Work Hours:

• Full-time; includes weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.

Experience in Months:

• Minimum of 24 months in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment, with international exposure preferred.
