Job Summary:

As a Guest Relations Manager at Studio Frantzén, you will be the primary representative responsible for cultivating and enhancing relationships with guests, including resort patrons, local residents, and loyal clientele. Your focus will be on managing high-end guest experiences, driving customer loyalty, and maximizing revenue through exceptional service and strategic partnerships.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-value guests to encourage repeat visits and foster loyalty.
  • Oversee the booking process for top-tier guests, ensuring their specific needs and preferences are met.
  • Collaborate with the F&B sales team to capture new business opportunities and facilitate group bookings.
  • Manage and maintain the guest database, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Analyze guest feedback and data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for enhancing guest experiences.
  • Coordinate with outlet management to optimize reservation systems and maximize seating capacity.
  • Conduct regular outreach to local residents and potential guests to promote special events and offerings.
  • Organize and execute exclusive events for high-profile guests, ensuring all details are meticulously planned and executed.
  • Provide training and support to staff on guest service excellence and relationship-building techniques.
  • Prepare reports on guest interactions and bookings, presenting insights to management for strategic decision-making.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment, preferably in the F&B sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proven ability to manage high-profile clientele and maintain discretion at all times.
  • Experience with reservation systems and guest management platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to drive decisions and improve guest experiences.
  • International exposure and understanding of diverse cultural expectations in hospitality.
  • A proactive and energetic attitude, with a willingness to participate actively in Dubai's vibrant lifestyle.

 

Level of Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Work Hours:

  • Full-time position, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Experience in Months:

  • Minimum of 24-36 months (2-3 years) in a guest relations or similar role.
