Job Summary:

As an Attendant at Atlantis, The Royal, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality while rotating through various roles including Valet, Pool, Laundry, and Linen Chute attendant. Your flexibility and commitment to service excellence will ensure that guests receive a warm and memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing guest requests and inquiries.
• Rotate through different roles, including Valet, Pool, Laundry, and Linen Chute attendant, as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas, adhering to health and safety procedures.
• Restock and arrange amenity supplies, ensuring availability for guest use.
• Clean and transport trolleys, ensuring efficient operations in laundry and linen services.
• Process laundry requests efficiently, prioritizing guest satisfaction and timely service.
• Respond to both telephone and walk-in guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist in training new staff members, sharing best practices in guest service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality or service role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Flexibility to adapt to various roles and responsibilities as needed.

Level of Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.

Work Hours:

• Full-time, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Experience in Months:

• Minimum of 12 months of relevant experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
