Job Summary:
Responsible for delivering exceptional guest service as the primary point of contact for restaurant patrons, the Guest Relations Manager at Ling Ling creates memorable dining experiences, builds strong relationships with guests, and serves as a brand ambassador. This role focuses on enhancing guest satisfaction, encouraging repeat visits, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly, providing five-star service throughout their dining experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with hotel guests, local residents, and regular patrons.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the restaurant’s offerings and enhancing guest loyalty.
- Handle special guest requests and communicate needs to the management team to ensure personalized service.
- Actively engage with PR and marketing teams to promote events, special initiatives, and promotions.
- Manage and maintain a guest database, recording preferences and feedback for service improvement.
- Contribute to sales efforts by encouraging repeat visits and capturing new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact positively with diverse guests and colleagues.
- Passion for luxury service, food, and beverage with an eagerness to learn.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple guest needs efficiently.
- Immaculately presented with a professional demeanor.
Level of Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional hospitality or guest relations training preferred.
Work Hours:
- Flexible, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience in Months:
- 24-36 months in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
