Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager, Waterpark is responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to promote the Grand Hyatt Dubai Waterpark. This role involves managing all aspects of brand visibility, from pre-launch to post-launch, ensuring consistent brand identity across various channels. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to drive campaigns that increase local and international brand awareness and deliver strong business results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the waterpark, targeting both local and international markets.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, ensuring high-quality content across all platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, revenue, F&B) and external agencies for campaign execution.
- Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Plan and manage special events, influencer collaborations, and media activations to promote the waterpark.
- Track and report performance metrics, including KPIs, to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Ensure the consistency of brand identity, tone of voice, and visual representation across all marketing initiatives.
- Develop an annual marketing calendar to ensure continuous promotion aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital and traditional marketing trends.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in social media platforms, content creation, PR, and advertising strategies.
- Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with event planning and campaign management.
Level of Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Work Hours:
- Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by events.
Experience in Months:
- Minimum 36-60 months (3-5 years) of experience in marketing, ideally within the attractions or entertainment industry.
