Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing digital strategies to drive awareness, traffic, and bookings for the new Grand Hyatt Dubai Waterpark. This role involves managing digital campaigns across multiple channels and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to optimize online presence and ensure the success of the waterpark's launch and ongoing operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Maintain and optimize the waterpark’s website to ensure content is up-to-date and user experience is optimized for conversions.
  • Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback on online platforms to maintain a positive brand reputation.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (operations, sales, revenue, F&B) and external partners to meet business objectives.
  • Create engaging content for digital channels, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and vision.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and implement best practices to enhance overall marketing efforts.
  • Assist with the creation and execution of digital marketing plans to support pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases of the waterpark.

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email, metasearch).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing website content and improving user experience for conversion optimization.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.

 

Level of Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, e-commerce, business, or a related field.

Work Hours:

  • Flexible working hours, including occasional weekends and holidays.

Experience in Months:

  • Minimum 24 months of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the attractions or entertainment industry.
