Job Summary:
The Guest Services Officer – Front Office is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Office. The role involves managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and handling inquiries to enhance the overall guest experience while adhering to hotel standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent guest service, ensuring satisfaction from arrival to departure.
  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain a high level of communication and coordination with other departments.
  • Assist in managing reservations and ensuring accurate guest information is recorded.
  • Handle billing processes, including payments and account adjustments.
  • Ensure the lobby and front desk area remain welcoming and presentable at all times.
  • Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Follow all security protocols and ensure guest safety.
  • Support in resolving guest complaints and escalate when necessary.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in German or Russian.
  • Previous experience in hotel front office operations or a similar guest service role.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

 

Level of Education:
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred.

Work Hours:
Full-time, flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.

Experience in Months:
Minimum of 12 months of experience in hotel operations or guest services.
