Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Grand Club Lounge Attendant to provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring they have a premium and memorable experience in line with the hotel's brand standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality service to all guests in the Grand Club Lounge, maintaining brand standards.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the lounge, ensuring all working stations and equipment meet ISO22000 standards.
  • Proactively engage with guests to anticipate their needs and provide personalized service.
  • Assist in food and beverage preparation and presentation within the lounge, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless lounge operations and enhance overall guest experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor guest preferences and provide recommendations to create a tailored experience.
  • Support other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow in the lounge.

 

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service roles, preferably in luxury hotels or service industries.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • A customer-focused, attentive, and hospitable team player with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.

 

Level of Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Work Hours:
Full-time position, including shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Experience in Months:
Minimum 12 months of relevant experience preferred.
